The end event has been bugged

You will see chaos warrior waves repeatedly at you at the end of the game. This is why some events are a disaster.

You can make it much simpler by using a good spot. Today, I was plagued by a cata event and this spot saved my run. It’s solid.

The good spot

I’m at entrance to the event zone. Look ahead to find where I’m going. You see those rocks that look two steps? It’s sitting in the fog. The torch is in front of it. That’s it.

This is what it would look like to stand on the rock. You are not secure up here.

Why is it so good

This rock is right beside the respawn points in case anyone has died.

Enemies must climb twice to reach your position. Sometimes they will only climb one time and then attack. Move around and use the platform’s width to encourage them climbing again.

If the central region is out of control jump off and head towards the rock. As a team, fight to stop them taking the rock. Once the area is clear, you can try to take it back.

One last thing

Your progress is saved once a sorcerer is dead. The progress meter will not deplete beyond the saved level. Don’t be discouraged by losing progress. Sometimes it is a necessary tradeoff.
