How to unlock Sigma
To unlock Queen Sigma, unlock all the collection. It is impossible to unlock Queensigma without her weapon or its powered up version [122/124].
Section PowerUp
Be sure to max out Curse. I refund Luck because this increases the chance to spawn Freeze/Time Freeze.
Select Character
Get one weapon.
Also, her stats are amazing. I don’t know whether this is a temporary glitch or feature, but Golden Eggs are not saved for the next character runs.
Stage Selection
I chose Stage 3. Dairy Plant withHyper, Hurry, Arcanasand Limit Break.

RANDOMAZZO, Arcanas
Queen Sigma may have up to 5 arcanas each run. Get the first three levels to unlock the first 3. This run requires you to complete the first three levels.
Order picked up:
Essential:
- XIII — Wicked Season
- XX – Silent Old Sanctuary
- VIII — Mad Groove
Optional:
- IX — Divine Bloodline
- VIII — Slash
Level up
Find Curseand 22,62ffe4e1a398b during the first two levels. Queen Sigma is blessed with over 110 rerolls. Torrona’s box is also needed to upgrade Victory Sword.
Prioritise Torrona’s and Curse’s Box upgrades over all other items. Victory Sword & Empty Tome will be your next priority.
Next, grab pa*sives

- Spinach is good
- Crown is for Limit Break mostlyOptional:

Don’t
- Clover – Rate up on green death and Freeze AFKing
Pick 6 pa*sives to max out Curse, Torrona and Torrona. Get Gold Ring. You can then max out the pa*sives. After that, you can select stage pa*sives or level anything.
Afterword
I have 100000 enemies as of 28:48, with additional 2050 killed afterwards. I went AFKing just after 09:00.
