I had issues with black models, no cut scenes, agent 47 getting stuck in the floor when moving to fast, mouse going crazy and so on but all was resolved when trying the below – I hope this helps.

What to do.

– Click on you game via steam and navigate to the game files.

– Once in the folder find Hitman2 = configuration settings and open it in notepad.

– Copy and paste the below into the notepad you have open, save and close.

– Good to launch the game, I tried other fixes but this was the one that sorted all problems with the game launching/running.
