Skill Tree
For some of this skills to reach in the Skill Tree you will need atleast one Infamy.
Mastermind
Control civilians faster.
Enforcer
What makes this build unique that the transporter skill is aced, if you ace it you can reduce the movement penalty while moving bags by armor points. You can even make this better by putting protector in your AI crew boosts which will make your armor bigger. (-5% Movement Penalty)
Technician
JOAT is one of the best skills for stealth.
Ghost
These are the most important skills for stealth.
Fugitive
Nothing
Perk Deck
There are 3 stealth perk decks: Burglar, Hacker, and Yakuza You can use any of them but i highly suggest Hacker.
If you want to be fast use Yakuza with molotov. If you want basic stealth skills use Burglar.
You can get the:
– Burglar perkdeck by buying the Clover Character Pack DLC. ($2.99)
– Yakuza perkdeck by buying the Yakuza Character Pack DLC. ($4.99)
– Hacker perkdeck by free.
Weapons
There are a lot of good weapons for stealth and its not a big problem if you not use these guns below but I suggest you to use a shotgun.
How To Unlock=HTU
Primary Weapon
Cavity 9mm HTU = Golden Grin Casino Heist DLC ($6.99)

- Concealment Boost
- Appalachian Foregrip
- Compact Laser Module
Honorable mention: Raven Shotgun HTU = Gage Shotgun Pack ($2.99)
Secondary Weapon
The Judge Shotgun HTU = You need to join the PD2 community in steam to get it. (Free)

Any that has 32 Concealment.
Additional Tips
In crew managment:
– Select Quick in crew abilities
– Select Accelerator, Protector, and Invigorator/Concealer in crew boosts
