Why can’t i join the game lobby in HELLDIVERS 2?

In this guide, i will let you know how to fix the issue with the annoying connection problems. keep doing some tests i stumbled upon a quick fix. now this can be sound little crazy and weird but you need to stick and follow what im saying to fix this problem.

Solution 1: Disable Cross-platform play

To disable cross-platform play, follow these steps:

• Press ESC to open the Game Menu
• Go to Settings
• Select Game
• Find and click on Disable Crossplay

Solution 2: Flush DNS and reset Winsock

To resolve the issue, perform the following steps:

1. Open CMD as an Administrator
2. Click on the Start button
3. Type CMD
4. Right-click on CMD and choose Run as Administrator

Enter the following commands in the command prompt window:


ipconfig /flushdns


netsh winsock reset

exit

After executing the commands, restart your computer.

Solution 3: Enable NAT settings

To enable NAT settings with your internet service provider, follow these steps:

1. Access your internet service providers service settings
2. For example, for my provider DOMRU, it was located in the service settings
3. Look for the NAT settings and make sure its enabled

I couldn’t figure out why i couldn’t play normally like everyone else for a long time, only to discover that NAT was turned off. enabling NAT resolved the issue completely. trust me this really works. i try multiple ways to fix this issue but the only way to pa*s this anoying problem problem was to enable NAT. but we are lucky the fix is simple to make.
